- One size, adjusted with a flat side strap. The buckle sits beside your temple rather than behind your skull, which is what makes it survivable face-down.
- Unzip the cover and wash it with your bedding. Air-dry it. The speaker module lifts out first and never goes near water.
- Charge it while you are awake, not overnight. Every other day is enough at typical volumes.
